From Branding to Belonging: Arielle Roth Creates Businesses with Purpose

With three businesses rooted in storytelling, confidence, and personal growth, Arielle Roth is proving that entrepreneurship can be both successful and deeply personal. Roth is recognized for the lasting impact she’s made in the Bay City community and beyond, building spaces that help others grow while staying true to her own journey.

Roth is the founder of Elemental Marketing & Design, Arielle Roth Photography, and Arielle Roth Boudoir. Together, these businesses offer a wide range of services - from marketing and design to portrait sessions and coaching - but they all center around one goal: helping people feel seen, confident, and supported. Through her work, she has built a six-figure business, served clients in multiple states, and helped hundreds of women reconnect with their self-worth.

“Success for me isn’t just about revenue - it’s about growing businesses that create safe, powerful spaces for others to thrive, whether that’s through branding, photography, or personal transformation,” said Roth.

Roth recently completed CMURC’s LIFT ME program, an initiative backed by PNC Bank that helps underrepresented business owners strengthen their operations and create sustainable growth plans.

“Arielle shows what’s possible when someone combines creativity, dedication, and care for others,” said President + CEO of CMURC Erin Strang. “She’s a great example of why we created the LIFT ME program, to support business owners who are deeply connected to their communities.”

Beyond her businesses, Roth is also committed to creating space for healing and connection. She organizes self-love events, offers mental health and confidence coaching, and uses her platforms to speak openly about sobriety, abuse recovery, and personal growth. Many of the people she works with describe her studios as places where they feel safe, celebrated, and encouraged to grow.

On July 9, Roth will be honored alongside fellow LIFT ME graduates at a celebration hosted by CMURC. The event is open to the public and will include a full day of free coworking at CMURC’s Bay City location, offering a chance to meet local entrepreneurs, explore available resources, and connect with the community.
