MY “AHA” MOMENT
“You never know the worth of water till the water is dry.” The world is in the midst of a global freshwater crisis and the largest output of the $206 billion dollar US Oil and Gas industry isn’t oil; its water. Operators around the country are facing un-sustainable water treatment costs due to highly contaminated and highly salinity wastewater. With 30 billion barrels of wastewater disposed of each year we set on the quest to find a solution to help industry operators lower their CapEx to sustain their business and help the environment by reusing and recycling this waste water.
THE BIG IDEA
We found that traditional methods of wastewater treatment aren’t treating this type of water to required standards. More specifically traditional desalination methods aren’t feasible for the high salinity levels coming from deep oil & gas wells. Our wastewater technology is unique process that has proven to treat this water to federal permitting standards. We are also have a patented desalination process that efficiently and cost effectively removes this high level of salt from this water. Our process will help operators cost effectively treat contaminated wastewater saving over 70% on current operating costs. We are going to disrupt the industry.
WHY MY IDEA IS BETTER THAN THE REST
Our process utilizes non-traditional methods and has proven to treat to required levels. The innovative desalination technology that we are using uses less energy and is 70% more cost effective than our competition.
THE SKY’S THE LIMIT
We have already raised two separate rounds of capital with outside investors and have built two prototype units. We treated these prototypes as our minimum viable product. Our pilot unit has operated at full capacity and has proven that our process works on a small scale. We are using the next round of funds to scale our company and build a fully functioning produced water treatment facility that can treat 5x the amount of water we currently process. With letters of intent in place our business can scale as soon as we can find the proper funding.
