Offices and suites are currently available for lease within the Mt. Pleasant SmartZone incubator facility. Leases are structured to be flexible and accommodate the needs of growing technology firms.

The 17,000 sq ft addition to our facility is complete and state-of-the-art wet-labs are now available for leasing by new businesses or researchers.
